All U, G and Box profile models can be produced in our 12 station roll forming machine. In addition to these models, heel and folded models can be produced with additional rolls. All upvc reinforcement steel profile models used in Turkey can be produced in any desired size by this roll forming machine.
After the rolls setting is completed and all the necessary parameters are entered on the control panel, the production line runs automatically until the coil is finished.
Rolls can be designed according to desired special sizes and forms.
